Aaron Prosser

Physiotherapist

Aaron grew up on both sides of the Canadian Prairies. A Calgarian by birth, he spent his youth in Winnipeg before returning to Calgary in his teens. Aaron completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology at the University of Calgary in 2019, and completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy with the University of Alberta in 2021.

For nearly a decade, Aaron was actively involved in the aquatics industry, working as a head lifeguard and swimming instructor. He has taught swimming skills to clients of all ages and abilities. Aaron enjoys using this experience to help teach and motivate his patients to take an active role in their recovery. Aaron also has an interest in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, and is currently working to obtain additional certifications in this area.

Outside of work, you’re likely to find Aaron being active anywhere near the water – whether swimming laps at the pool, or wakeboarding and wakesurfing the lakes of Northwestern Ontario.

Kassidy Bauer

Physiotherapist

Born and raised in small town Saskatchewan, Kassidy has spent the majority of her youth playing sports or some form of physical activity. Graduating from the University of Alberta in 2019 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education followed by her Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy in 2022.

Kassidy has experience working with a variety of clients including: active military members, Veteran’s, geriatric, pediatric and adult populations. She has multiple certifications in manual therapy and other practices including Dry Needling, Concussion/Vestibular Disorders, Running Lower Extremity Injuries, and her Orthopaedic Level 1 course. Her values of her practice revolve around education, movement and communication and her goals are to empower her clients with the knowledge of the body to aid in both injury management as well as future prevention!

When Kass is out of office you will likely find her playing Volleyball, camping, hiking, paddleboarding or traveling. With a background involving multiple sports, Kassidy is excited to use her knowledge of body mechanics and movement to aid her clients for optimum health and performance.

Khushali Raval

Physiotherapist

With over a decade of physiotherapy experience, Khushali has been committed to providing evidence -based care that
restores movement and improve overall function. Her practice includes post -surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions and pediatric rehabilitation.

Khushali has completed advanced certifications in Manual therapy, Dry needling, Dynamic core for kids: stability in action, primitive reflex integration to ensure comprehensive, up-to date treatment approaches tailored to each individual. IShe believes that a thorough assessment, clinical precision and personalizes care are essential in achieving meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Outside of work, Khushali enjoys spending time with her family and travelling. These experiences enrich her perspective and reinforce the importance of balance and well -being-values she brings to every patient’s care.

Abby Couturier

Registered Massage Therapist

Born in a small town in Ontario and raised in Airdrie, Abby always had a passion for the human body and its workings as a child, coming from a family of massage therapists and osteopaths.

Abby is a newly Registered Massage Therapist with clinical hands-on experience. Abby received the MaKami Champion in first year, graduating from the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Program from MaKami College in 2026.

Studying at MaKami focused on modalities including pregnancy massage, lymph drainage, relaxation and deep tissue, myofascial cupping and release, hot stone, and many more.

Abby’s main focus and passion is directed toward cupping, deep tissue and relaxation.

When she’s not massaging, Abby can be found drawing and reading, finding any way to incorporate her passion into things Isheenjoy. She is learning to get more active with badminton and hiking.

Josie Astley

Physiotherapist

Josie completed her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. Prior to this, Josie completed a bachelor’s degree of Exercise Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Through her years of education, travel, and sport, Josie has gained an exciting perspective on how to help others live a healthy and active life. As a Personal Trainer, Josie has the experience to guide clients through all stages of recovery, while working towards life long healthy living. Her experiences as a collegiate and professional soccer player have provided her with the importance of physiotherapy in athletics and the benefits of individualizing rehabilitative programs. Her experience working within the renowned Scripps Medical Centre in San Diego has allowed Josie to gain integrative tools and a holistic understanding of how to best support patients in their rehabilitation journey.

Josie has since then continued to add knowledge and education to her practice. Josie is a certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist who specializes in incontinence and is passionate about helping others gain the support and knowledge they require to regain their pelvic health. Josie has also obtained her certification in IMS/ dry needling, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Mulligans Manual Therapy.

In her spare time, Josie enjoys cooking for her family, competing in Crossfit, and traveling to new countries.

Jo-Ann Scott-Noye

Physiotherapist/Owner

Owner and operator of PhysioWorks, Jo-Ann is super excited to bring a level of excellence in Physiotherapy care to Airdrie.

Jo-Ann graduated from Dalhousie University in 1994 with a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy after completing her B.Sc in Psychology in 1990. After working in Canada for 5 years, Jo-Ann accepted a 7 month contract in Kuwait; 9 years later she returned to Canada and made Calgary her home. While overseas, she commenced her M.Sc. in Rehabilitation sciences from McMaster University; completing it in 2012.

In addition to her varied clinical experiences over the years, Jo-Ann has completed extensive training in manual therapy, muscle movement imbalances, mobilization of the nervous system, treatment of chronic pain and the assessment and treatment of occupational injuries. She is certified in Graston techniques as well as certified in Acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. As a caring and devoted professional, Jo-Ann provides you with an individualized treatment program aimed at addressing your specific needs.

Jo-Ann has also completed training in Canine Physio. She previously worked at the Canine Fitness Centre in Calgary. While she has taken a leave from this position in order to focus on PhysioWorks, she holds the centre, the people and all the pups near and dear to her heart.

Having recently relocated to PEI, Jo-Ann now tries to get a walk along the beach with her canine companion Ca$h in every morning to start her day. She also enjoys yoga and working in her yard/garden.
