Paul Nickisch, RMT

Paul’s goal as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is to work with his clients to achieve a sense of well-being and improve their movement to positively impact their quality of life and longevity. In 2020, he pursued his desired career as an RMT, studying at Mount Royal University. He graduated in December 2022, and is now a member of the MTAA.

Over the past few years, Paul has been striving to achieve a healthy active lifestyle, in order to better help his family and friends. Jumping into running in minimalist wide toe box shoes and balancing on handrails, he acquired a broken toe and a tendon injury to his left ankle. Throughout the healing process he discovered the value of a positive mindset, patience and consistency. If massage therapy adds value to your journey of healing or self-improvement, Paul would be honoured to hear your goals and help you achieve them.
