Tamara Jones RMT Tamara Jones, RMT

Tamara Jones graduated from Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 2003 with a full certification and top honors. She is a member in good standing of the Association of Massage Therapists and Holistic Practitioners.

Tamara has a passion for her career as a Massage Therapist, making all her patients feel at ease. With knowledge in human anatomy, physiology and pathology she performs each massage in a scientific manner for therapeutic results, assuring she has an understanding of each client’s personal needs.

Tamara has now been practicing for years and loves every moment of it. She takes great pride in having a job that she can help people every day. When she is not at work she is either exploring another country or planning her next trip! She also loves being outside running or doing any activity as much as possible.

 

Paul Krol, RMT

Paul Krol RMTOriginally from Summerland, B.C., Paul studied Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University and moved to Calgary in 2004. He worked for nine years as a personal trainer and coached a wide variety of clients. After taking a three-year break to work as an industrial electrician, Paul decided to return to school to study Massage Therapy at Mount Royal University and then became certified in Active Release Techniques® and is a certified ART® Provider.

Paul has been a health and fitness enthusiast for many years and competed in high school cross-country running and track. He always had a passion for bodybuilding and competed in several shows at the regional and provincial level. 

He has experienced many acute and chronic injuries over years of hard training and understands the challenges of managing injuries while staying active. Paul believes in functional care and uses a thorough assessment to identify the underlying causes of pain. His athletic background has taught him that symptom management is simply not enough. In order to perform at our best in our sport, our job and daily lives it’s critical to maintain optimal function. This means ensuring adequate strength and flexibility, proper body biomechanics and giving his clients the tools and knowledge for self care.

When he’s not working Paul enjoys spending time with his family, lifting weights, working on cars, and getting outdoors.
